Booking and Cancellation Policy
We recommend purchasing a cancellation/medical insurance as we have a non-refundable policy .
To confirm your reservation, a 50% non-refundable deposit is required . While non-refundable, deposits amounts are transferable as a credit to a trip the following year if our office receives notice 30 days prior to your trip departure. An administration fee of $50 per person will be kept.
The balance payment is due 30 days prior to your date of arrival.
The full amount of the reservation is non-refundable or transferable if cancelled less than 30 days of trip departure. No refunds will be given on any trip in progress regardless of reason ( bad weather conditions or unexpected medical conditions or injuries). The only exception to this policy is in the event of a forest fire or total backcountry travel ban, (trails closure) where the Lodge faces a mandatory closure at the time of the reservation, in which case full refunds (less administration fee) will be given during the closure period.
